Charlton Heston

Charlton Heston was an American actor and political activist.

Charlton Heston was born on October 4, 1923, to Lilla and Russell Whitford Carter , a sawmill operator. Many sources indicate he was born in Evanston, Illinois. Hestons autobiography however, and some other sources, place his birth in No Mans Land, Illinois, which usually refers to a thenunincorporated area now part of Wilmette, a wealthy Chicago suburb.
